Yes, I'm a host and producer like Oprah. I love creating content, especially short form and unscripted that I get to host. My first produced talk show that I created from the ground up (The YES! Show) received a distribution deal with AfroLand TV. Plus, I created a game show idea that landed me a pitch meeting with Disney. Not bad for a former high school teacher, right?

Most of my professional experience entails producing film. I've been very ambitious building an award-winning portfolio from the past seven years of various film projects. But it's my directorial debut of "7 SHARP" that makes my heart smile. It was selected to showcase at Diversity in Cannes 2022, and won

BEST SHORT at the inaugural Leimert Park Cultural Film Festival.

Professionally, I was selected among hundreds of applicants as a WIF mentee; won a grant from the city of Pasadena; I currently serve on the board at the Pasadena African American Film Foundation; and am founder of my new

videography company Building Tables Productions.
